# Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

This Privacy Policy describes how **Linker Estate** ("we", "our" or "the Platform") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information of the users of our website **linkerestate.com** and of the SaaS platform available at **app.linkerestate.com**.

## 1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is **Linker Estate**, with its electronic address at **privacidad@linkerestate.com**.

## 2. Data we collect

### 2.1 Data you provide to us directly

- **Sign-up and account:** first name, last name, email address, password (encrypted), company name and role.
- **Contact forms:** name, email, company, type of company and any message you send us.
- **Billing information:** card or bank transfer details processed by our payment provider (we do not store card data directly).

### 2.2 Data generated by using the platform

- Leads, clients, properties and any other information you upload to your account.
- Activity logs: actions taken, date and time, IP address.
- Session metadata: device, operating system, browser.

### 2.3 Third-party data

- **Meta Lead Ads:** when you connect your Meta account, we receive the lead data that Meta users submit in your ad forms, in accordance with Meta's policies.

## 3. Purposes of processing

- To provide, maintain and improve the platform's services.
- To manage your account, billing and technical support.
- To send transactional communications: confirmations, platform notifications, security alerts.
- To send marketing communications (only with your explicit consent).
- To detect fraud and abuse and to keep the platform secure.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.

## 4. Legal bases for processing

- **Performance of a contract:** to provide the services you subscribe to.
- **Legitimate interest:** to improve the platform and keep it secure.
- **Consent:** for marketing communications and the use of non-essential cookies.
- **Legal obligation:** when the law requires it.

## 5. Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure from well-known providers, encrypted both at rest and in transit, with regular backups.

## 6. Confidentiality of your data

Your company's information in Linker Estate is confidential: only the people you authorize in your account can see it, each according to the permissions of their role.

## 7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, you have **30 days** to export your information. After that period, the data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.

## 8. Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil), the GDPR (Europe) and equivalent regulations, you have the right to:

- **Access:** request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- **Rectification:** correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- **Erasure:** request the deletion of your personal data.
- **Portability:** receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- **Objection:** object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
- **Restriction:** limit processing in certain circumstances.

## 9. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with:

- **Meta Platforms:** for the Lead Ads integration, in accordance with its policies.
- **Legal authorities:** when required by law or legal process.

## 11. Changes to this policy
