We built Linker Estate so that selling property feels less like chasing paperwork and more like closing deals.

Born in the Dominican Republic, in the middle of the sale

Linker Estate is a product of Driving Force SRL, a Dominican company working in digital marketing and sales since 2016, with more than 15 years of experience in multimedia and more than 8 in digital advertising. Since 2018 we have focused entirely on real estate: campaigns, lead generation and the sales teams of developers, brokerages and advisors.

Along the way we have worked with more than 36 companies and more than 200 advisors, and helped sell more than 1,000 units. We saw up close how selling really works, and how much talent was lost between spreadsheets, scattered chats and numbers worked out by hand.

Linker Estate is everything we learned, turned into the tool we wished we had. We started in the Dominican Republic, and we want this way of working to reach the whole Latin American real estate market.
