Data Deletion Instructions

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

At Linker Estate we respect your right to have your personal data deleted, as established by the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law), the GDPR (the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation) and the Meta Platform Policies.

This page explains the different deletion scenarios and how to proceed in each case.

1. Deleting your user account

If you are a user of the Linker Estate platform (app.linkerestate.com) and want to delete your account:

Option A — From the platform

  1. Sign in at app.linkerestate.com.
  2. Go to Settings → My account → Danger zone.
  3. Click "Delete my account".
  4. Confirm by typing your email to verify the action.

Your account and the personal data associated with it will be permanently deleted within 72 hours of confirmation.

From Linkeres (the Android and iOS app, and linkeres.com)

  1. Sign in to the Linkeres app or at linkeres.com.
  2. Open Settings → Profile and, on the Account card, tap "Delete my account".
  3. Confirm the request.

Your advisor profile stops being visible on Linkeres right away and you are signed out. We delete your account and your personal data within 30 days at most. If your account has sales, commissions or a company in your name, we will write to you first to resolve it with you. If you do not have access to the app, use the email option.

Option B — By email

Send an email to privacidad@linkerestate.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email associated with your account
  • Your company's name (if applicable)

We will process your request within 15 business days at most.

2. Deleting a company's entire account (Owners)

If you are the owner of your company's account and want to delete it along with all its data, write to us from the owner's email at privacidad@linkerestate.com with the subject "Company account deletion" and state the company's name.

Before proceeding we will confirm the request with you, because this action is irreversible. All of the account's data (leads, clients, properties, sales, commissions) will be permanently deleted within the following 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation email when it is complete.

3. Data from Meta Lead Ads

Linker Estate acts as a data processor when it manages leads from Meta Lead Ads on behalf of our clients (who act as data controllers).

If you are a lead who wants your data deleted:

If you filled out a Facebook or Instagram ad form and your data reached the system of a company that uses Linker Estate, you have these options:

  1. Contact the company directly: get in touch with the company whose ad form you filled out and ask it to delete your data from its system.
  2. Request it through Meta: you can manage your lead ad form data from your Facebook account under Settings → Your Facebook information → Forms.
  3. Contact Linker Estate: if you cannot identify the company or do not receive a response, write to us at privacidad@linkerestate.com with the details of the form you filled out (advertising company, approximate date) and we will work with our client to process your request.

4. Deleting specific contact records (from the platform)

If you are a user of the platform and need to delete the record of a specific lead or client at that person's request:

  1. Open the lead's or client's profile on the platform.
  2. Click the options menu (⋮) → "Delete".
  3. Confirm the deletion.

The data is removed from the interface immediately and permanently deleted from our systems within 72 hours.

5. Exporting data before deletion

Before deleting your account, we recommend asking us for a copy of your information: write to us at privacidad@linkerestate.com stating which data you need (leads, clients, sales, etc.) and we will send you the file.

6. Deletion timeframes

  • User account deletion: 72 hours.
  • Deletion of a company's account: up to 30 days (due to data volume and backups).
  • Deletion of individual records: 72 hours for permanent deletion.
  • Requests by email: 15 business days at most.

Data in encrypted backups is fully purged in the next rotation cycle (30 additional days at most).

7. Contact for deletion requests

For any data deletion request, contact us at:

  • Email: privacidad@linkerestate.com
  • Subject: "Data deletion request — [Your name or company]"

We will respond to your request within 48 business hours and process the deletion within the stated timeframes.
