Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Linker Estate. By accessing or using our platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform": the SaaS software accessible at app.linkerestate.com and linkerestate.com.
  • "User": any person who accesses the Platform.
  • "Account": an organization's environment within Linker Estate, with its information and its users.
  • "Administrator": a user with permissions to manage an Account.
  • "User Content": data, leads, clients, properties and any information uploaded by the User.

2. Description of the service

Linker Estate is a real estate management system designed for the real estate industry. It offers features for managing leads, clients, properties, sales, commissions and reports, with integration with Meta Lead Ads.

3. Sign-up and account

  • You must provide truthful, up-to-date information when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Each account is personal and may not be transferred without our prior authorization.

4. Acceptable use

By using Linker Estate, you agree to:

  • Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities or for activities that violate the rights of third parties.
  • Not attempt to access data from other Accounts or to circumvent security mechanisms.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Platform's source code.
  • Not intentionally overload the servers through denial-of-service attacks.
  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws when managing client and lead information.

5. Plans, pricing and billing

  • Prices are available on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' prior notice.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as selected.
  • Payments are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
  • There are no refunds for periods already used, except for serious service failures attributable to Linker Estate.
  • Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after 7 days' notice.

6. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan with no credit card required. When the trial ends, you must select a paid plan or the account will be suspended. Data is kept for 30 days after suspension.

7. Intellectual property

  • Linker Estate holds all rights to the software, design and brand.
  • User Content is your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process it in order to provide the service.
  • We claim no ownership of the data you upload to the Platform.

8. Service availability

We commit to a monthly uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your account at any time by writing to us at hola@linkerestate.com.
  • After cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data.
  • After that period, the data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linker Estate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms by giving at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the consumer protection provisions applicable in each country where we operate.
